Waitlist Ordering and Wait Times

Both of our Vital Homes Programs’ wait lists are organized on the basis of order in which people were approved to join our waitlists (chronological order). We do not use any other method of weighting / scoring our applications in terms of waitlist order. The wait times for a unit of any size for our Vital Homes Rental Program is approximately a minimum of 2 years from application approval date, and while our Vital Homes Ownership program wait times fluctuate due to several factors, CCH adminstration would estimate a similar minimum wait time of 2 years for new applicants.
