McArthur Place is our newest rental development. The Peaks- Northview Apartment REIT has constructed 148 new rentals, 40 of which are considered to be affordable rentals (minimum of 10% below equivalent market units). This development is the Palliser area of Canmore.
All those interested in renting an affordable unit at The Peaks must first complete an application form with CCH to qualify under the PAH eligibility criteria and then complete a second application with Northview REIT (the Owner/Operator of the development) to confirm suitability under their criteria to rent in this location.
