The Hector at Palliser Village is CCH’s first rental development, offering spectacular views of Three Sisters, granite countertops, black appliances, knotty alder cabinets, covered decks, in suite laundry and ample storage in a 60-unit rental development. All CCH units are pet friendly. Accessible and barrier-free units are available. Rental rates for studio are $941, one-bedroom units are $1,071, two-bedrooms are $1,484, and three-bedrooms are $1,707. Rent includes heat, water, sewer and garbage. A one-year lease is required.

McArthur Place, 100 Dyrgas Lane
McArthur Place is our newest rental development. Located in Three Sisters Mountain Village, McArthur Place offers contemporary and spacious units with rents from $1,218 for one-bedroom units, $1,668 for two-bedroom units and $1,739 for three-bedroom units (water, sewer and garbage is included in all rents). All CCH units are pet friendly. CCH offers one year lease terms.

Other Affordable Housing Programs in Canmore:
The Peaks has constructed 148 new rentals, 40 of which are considered to be affordable rentals (minimum of 10% below equivalent market units). This development is the Palliser area of Canmore.

All those interested in renting an affordable unit at The Peaks must first complete an application form with CCH to qualify under the PAH eligibility criteria and then complete a second application with Gateway Property Management (Property Manager of the development) to confirm suitability under their criteria to rent in this location.
