RFP-24-002 McArthur Place Bathroom Renovations

Canmore Community Housing Corporation (“CCHC”) is a non-profit corporation wholly owned by the Town of Canmore and governed as an arm’s length organization. Established in 2000, CCHC supports a more sustainable community by providing a range of housing that is appropriate, affordable, and vital for the community’s needs. CCHC currently has a portfolio of 116 purpose built rental units and 164 homeownership units. CCHC is requesting fixed fee proposals for a 24 unit bathroom renovation.
