CCH Annual Residency Declaration

Fundamental to the Vital Homes Program is that Vital Homes are used as the owner’s permanent primary residence.  CCH monitors the residency requirement in order to ensure the continuing integrity of the Program.  We do this through the annual residency declaration process.
