– May 2025 – Exterior siding installation, interior painting and mirrors (South Building). Insulation and drywall (North Building)

– June 2025 – Ongoing exterior siding work including window/door trim (South & North Buildings). Civil deep utilities installation including storm tank and site grading

– July 2025 – Shower glass, lighting fixtures installed (South Building). Ongoing carpentry finishing, cabinetry installation started (North Building). Overhead garage doors installed, asphalt driveway pours started
