"The PAH program has allowed me to purchase a home in Canmore. My home is in a convenient location, close to downtown and the river pathways, and is part of a neighbourhood of permanent residents. The program offered me an alternative to the continual uncertainty and rising price of renting at an affordable monthly cost. Anyone who wishes to live or raise a family in Canmore, but is concerned about the affordability of housing, should research the program."
